Аннотация: The study is realised on 58 cases with advanced brest cancer in 2 groups: A - 22 patients with local advanced stage and inflamatory forms; B - 36 cases with various metastases. All the cases had severe histo-prognostic factors. Most of them were previonsly repetead treated and were presenting refractory metastases or local recrudescence. The schedules used in A group were: navelbine+cisplatinum; mitoxantrone+navelbine+Fu-Fol (fluorouracil and lederfoline); farmorubicin+cisplatinum; cisplatinum+Fu-Fol + etoposide; etoposide + carboplatinum. In group B the schedules were different after the predominance of the metastases: b[1]/ - bone metastases: vindesine + theprubicine + cicilofosfamide+Fu-Fol; novantrone+mitomycin C + methotrexat; vindesine or etoposide + farmorubicin + ciclofosfamide; b[2]/ lung metastases: vindesine or etoposide + ifosfofamide + mesna; etoposide + farmorubicin '+-' bleomycin + ciclofosfamide; b[3]/ liver metastases: schedules with Fu-Fol; b[4]/ brain metastases: vindesine or etoposide + ifosfamide + mesna + nipalkin; etoposide '+-' farmorubicin + ciclofosfamide + nipalkin. The preliminary results after 3 years of following and the advantage of this various schedules in rapid developping breast cancer are discussed.
