Аннотация: In this report we analysed the antigenic profile of Chlamydia psittaci isolated from aborted pigs in Qinghai, Hubei and Guangxi by using SDS-PAGE technique, in which the MOMPs and other major polypeptides had been demonstrated in all tested chlamydial strains and no obvious difference of antigenic structure was observed among these bacterial strains. By immunizing healthy rabbit with D13 strain, we produced antiserum for western blotting for antigenicity and immunogenicity analysis. In western blotting, the antiserum reacted with 38KD, 60KD, 80KD and 110KD proteins of all chlamydial strains, which showed that these C. psittaci strains share the same antigenic and immunogenic reaction characteristics
