Аннотация: FDP D-dimer (DD) of fibrinogen/fibrin degradation product (FDP) is an indicator for thrombolysis and it's measurement has recently been applied in disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome (DIC), leukemia and other conditions. However, routine DD assay is difficult and the development of thrombolysis in patients with DIC or leukemia is hard to confirm, since the coagulation disorders are not quite different in these conditions. The reagents and the instrument used in our study were COAGSOL D-dimer (Roche, JAPAN) and COBAS MIRA S(Roche, JAPAN). Sufficient precision were obtained in reproducibility and quantitation. The normal reference range in this study was less than 0.1 'мю'g/ml. There were on difference in male and female. The correration between DD and FDP was excellent except for patients with leukemia and with DIC of convalescent stage. In these patients, the level of DD was lower than those of FDP and FDP-E. Degradation products from fibrin and fibrin monomer by plasmin can be measured by this method and it is useful for the assay of fibrin and fibrin monomer degradation products including DD for it's spectificity and quantitation.
